Personnel

The District consists of a 5 member Board who are elected by the landowners of the District annually. Each term is for 3 years and the Commissioner must be a landowner in the District for which he wishes to be elected. The staff consists of a Field Manager, an Office Manager, a full time ditchrider, a seasonal ditchrider and 2 labors.
